Our company makes P.C.C. poles. Since these poles are primarily comprised of concrete, they are unavoidably less expensive and easier to maintain than traditional steel poles. Depending on how the pole will be used, they come in two varieties: low tensile and high tension lines. The latter is mostly employed for electrical transmission.

In a concrete mixture machine, the specified amounts of cement, bajari, rodi, and water are mixed to produce concrete that satisfies the required concrete mix. Neither more water nor more concrete is added to the mix in order to ensure that it can be used within the allotted period by filling moulds with PC tensioned wires. Shutter vibrators are used to give the concrete being poured into the moulds enough movement so that no holes or gaps are left in the cast poles.
